During the World Children's Day this weekend, unaccompanied minors from IOM's transit center, Bobiel 1 had there moment in the spotlights.
Once again, these youngsters showed their talents by accompanying singers, dancers and professional actors during a spectacular show. It was an opportunity to highlight their creativity, but also to give them a podium to share their ideas, shared experiences and important messages on safe and informed migration.
This awareness day will be echoed when some of our young migrants will participate in the "Springboard for Young Talent" during the final of this contest. Come and support them this Thursday, June 21, from 18:00 to 19:30 in the Cafeteria amphitheater of the Franco-Nigerien Cultural Center Jean Rouch (CCFN) in Niamey!
Our activities in the IOM transit center for minors are supported by the European Union in Niger and DFID - UK Department for International Development under the Migrant Resource and Response Mechanism (MRRM).
